Lipika & Aneesh

What can I say, pre-wedding shoot on beaches have somehow become a regular on my shoot schedule since last year and I am loving it. I will be going back again this Sunday and since I have lots of images to share with you, I thought it is a great time to start with this session from our Bong couple, Lipika and Aneesh, I shot last month in Pondicherry. Aneesh, a management consultant from Bengaluru and Lipika, a fashion designer from Delhi met each other on a matrimonial portal. After a few meetings over 6 months, they decided to take the plunge. During one of my routine questions to them, they told me that the idea of an Ideal romantic date for them is when the place you are, the people around you and everything else does not really matter. It’s the feeling of being with each other that takes over the whole space. And this very answer was what set me up for their shoot. Both being avid beach lovers, we zeroed in on Pondicherry as our shoot location.

We started out at sunset on Day 1 when the views were just breathtaking. Next morning, the light in Pondicherry was just mindblowing. Add to this the smell of the sea, the waves trickling by your feet and the humming sound of the soft breeze and you might get the full picture. Here’s a glimpse of the shoot. Enjoy
